Wed 4/30 | Brewhouse
It’s
nice to hear what people say about folk and country
blues musician Charlie Parr. He’s been called “authentic,” “the
real deal,” “a working man’s musician,” and “a
traditionalist.” Most Wednesdays you can catch
him at the Fitger’s Brewhouse with his seasoned
voice, 12-string and banjo, playing mostly his own
songs with a few numbers mixed in from the likes
of Mississippi John Hurt or Charlie Patton. He puts
his time in, he plays a lot, and you can count on
him to be playing great music any time you see him. |
